What if I miss a live session?
While live attendance is highly recommended for the Shaktipat and energy flow, my classes run in a continuous loop. If you miss a session, you can easily join the exact same chapter in the next cycle without any extra payment. Consistency is key, and I will guide you to ensure your journey is completed seamlessly.
Why is maintaining a diary mandatory?
Writing helps in grounding your thoughts. The 'Inner Work' assignments require you to reflect, accept, and release patterns, which is best done through journaling.
Will I get recordings of the live Zoom classes?
No, I do not provide recordings of the live sessions. Because this journey involves live energy transfer (Shaktipat) and deep inner work, being present in the moment is essential. However, as mentioned earlier, if you miss a live session, you can always attend that specific chapter in the next cycle.
Can I ask questions related to the course or a specific chapter during the class?
Yes, absolutely. We suggest keeping a pen and diary with you during the sessions. Whenever a question comes to your mind, please write it down so you can ask it during our dedicated Q&A time in the class.
